Refund policy

(Digital Products)

 

1. Nature of Digital Products

All products sold on rythmplanner.eu are digital products and infoproducts, delivered electronically and not supplied on a physical medium.

2. No Refund Policy – Legal Basis

In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 17 of Decree-Law 24/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once:

  • Delivery or access has begun

  • The consumer has given express consent

  • The consumer has acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal

This consent is obtained at checkout.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:

  • The digital product was not delivered

  • Technical failure exclusively attributable to the company

  • Duplicate payment

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@mamimi.pt within 7 days.

4. Chargebacks

Unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension of access and legal action where applicable.
